We are leading Manufacturer & Exporter of Helical Coil Spring / Compression Spring for Railway, Automobile, Steel Plant & other Spring loaded machineries.

Formation : Constant Diameter Cylindrical type and Conical type.

Raw-material Sections : Round, Square, Rectangular / Taper, Flat or any special shape.

Raw-material Grades : Silico-Manganese Steel – BS:970/55 En-45, IS:3195 Gr.55Si7 & Gr.60Si7. Chrome-Vanadium Steel – BS:970/55 En-47, IS:3195 Gr.50Cr4V2 & Gr.60Cr4V2, IS:5160, Sup-9 & SAE-4161H.

Status of Finish : Shot peened, if required. Shot penning operation is followed as per IS:7001 to improve the Fatigue Life of Spring.

TESTING FACILITIES :

Scragging Test : After formation and Heat Treatment 100% Springs are put up for Scragging for 3 times compulsorily to achieve and ensure the required Height / Length of Spring permanently without any further scope of deviation in height or permanent set during functioning at end.

Crack Detection : As per directive of drawing Center-less ground bars and finished Springs are tested for Crack Detection by Magnaflux system with flow of EDDY current as per IS:3703 at our in-house facility.

Hardness Testing : Hardness Testing (B.H.N.) is followed in phase of heat treatment and on finished Spring to ensure the proper heat treatment.

Load Testing : Batch wise generally 10% or 100% as per directive Load Test reading is recorded to ensure the rate of Load as per requirement. This test is performed by Universal Testing Machine at our In-house facility.
