8.) Tempering Furnace. Area : 6’X4’ attached with Temp. Controller and Recording system - For Spring Tempering at 450ºC - 500ºC after Hardening by Oil–quenching.
9.) Oil–quenching Tank/Bath 6’X10’X6’ dept. - For Oil–quenching immediately after Coiling operation.
10.) Surface Grinding Machine. 2 Nos. perpendicularity - For both faces Grinding to achieve 90º perpendicularity.
